GolfBooking has been a fantastic asset for our business here at ZStrict through our first 2 years in operation. When opening, we struggled to find a platform that would meet our needs as an indoor simulator space. Answers to the questions venues usually ask before getting started
When does billing start?
Billing starts after the 3-month free trial ends. Until then, you can get your venue live, test the platform, and make sure the setup fits your operation.
Do I need to add a credit card now?
Yes. To start the public 3-month trial signup, we ask for a credit card during onboarding. Your submission is still reviewed before the venue is launched.
How long does setup take?
Most venues are typically ready within 24 hours after approval, depending on setup details, migration needs, and any custom requirements.
Can you help us migrate from another system?
Yes. If you're replacing an existing booking system, include that during onboarding and our team will review the migration requirements with you.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. GolfBooking is billed monthly per bay after the free trial period.
